Welcome
The Tampa Organization of Black
Affairs (TOBA) is a
nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to political
education, economic development and youth development within the
African American and general community. The organization’s goals
are to:

Promote minority/African American economic development by
supporting increased black business ownership, increased
opportunities for advancement in the workplace, and increased
awareness by the African American consumer.

Promote political education, voter registration, and voter
participation.

Promote youth development and encouraging and supporting
academic achievement.
-
Encourage minority individuals to seek elected and appointed
public positions.
TOBA is determined to serve the community with
various committees to link the city of Tampa with as many
