Jetie Wilds, Jr. is a native of Tampa who obtained his bachelor's degree at Morehouse College and his master's degree at the Portland State University. He has received many accolades, including Man of the Year by the Portland Junior Chamber of Commerce; Distinguished College Alumni – National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education; and Boss of the Year – Professional Women’s Organization. He received Special Recognition from the Federal Asian/Pacific American Council and also from the Northwest Native American Tribes. Jetie is also in more than a dozen national and international Who’s Who biographies such as Who’s Who Among Emerging Leaders, Who’s Who In the World, the International Who’s Who of Intellectuals and Who’s Who among Black Americans.

Mr. Wilds' career includes serving as an adjunct professor at the Lewis and Clark University (Vancouver, WA), a Consultant in Total Quality Management for the U.S. Government, a Cabinet Level Executive, a Congressional Fellow for the U.S. Congress, and a Presidential Intern for the White House of the U.S. in Washington, D.C.

Jetie retired from the U.S. Dep’t. of Agriculture at the highest level of Federal service (Senior Executive Service), and is currently the host of WTMP’s Citizen’s Report on 1150 AM/96.1 FM.
