The annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. leadership breakfast. (since 1980)

The Annual Youth Heritage Oratorical Contest which awards academic scholarships to its winners, totaling $4000 (since 1980)

The Minority Business Expo and Cultural Arts Festival

TOBA’s plans for the future include continuing the traditions established by its annual events aimed at the advancement of the minority community.
