Tampa Organization of Black Affairs is an organization that was founded in 1979 has sponsored activities that demonstrate its ability and willingness to serve Tampa’s businesses, government and communities.

By encouraging African-Americans to become involved in the entrepreneurial process, support businesses owned by other African-Americans, and to take a leadership role in coordinating and supporting local business oriented events, the Economic Development Committee helps both African-American consumers and business owners.
